Reminder: 

Reminder:  We do Close at 4:00 on Friday’s

Kindergarten visitation May 14^th

Kindergarten Graduation May 16^th @6:00 Alamosa National Guard Armory.

Closed Staff Development Day May 17 ,2024

Closed May 27^th & 28^th Memorial Day

Summer care begins May 29^th

All Bill must be brought to current or child will not be allowed to attend summer care until bill is brought to a current status.

Infants/Toddlers

• Please remember to bring extra clothes,
• Please send your child with a Jacket, and shoes.
• Please update contact card if address or phone #’s have changed.
• Every time you take your child for a checkup, we need a copy of the well child check and updated Immunizations.

CPP Reminders

• Please send your child with a light jacket and water bottle.
• Please provide your child with a set of clean clothes to store in cubbies.

Reminder for Infants

For drop off and pick up please pull up to infant building as close as you can. If no one is outside at drop off, you can call us at 587-8216. Thank you!

‍Billing Reminders

Monthly billing: We be sending out monthly bills. Payments are due by the 10th of every month to avoid late fees. You are still responsible for past months bills.

‍

• CCCAP families please make sure you are confirming your child’s times every Tuesday and Thursday. Swipes not confirmed by parents will be charged the daily rate on the next month’s billing.

‍

Drop off & Pick Up Reminders

• Please continue to use your child’s designated area next to their class. Drop off times are 7:30-8:30 if you are going to be dropping off your child after these times you must call the center so a staff member can meet you outside.
• Please continue to call the center when you are coming for your kiddo so your child’s teacher can meet you outside.
• Hours for pick up varies. GBH closes at 5:30
