Closed Staff Development Day February 21, 2025

Toddlers

• Please remember to bring extra clothes,
• Please send your child with a Jacket, Hat, & Gloves.
• Please update contact card if address or phone #’s have changed.
• Every time you take your child for a checkup, we need a copy of the well child check and updated Immunizations.

Preschool  Reminders

• As the weather changes and our days are getting colder, please send your child with a Jacket, Gloves & Hat. We will go outside. (weather permitting)
• Please provide your child with a set of clean clothes to store in cubbies.

Reminder for Infants

For drop off and pick up please pull up to infant building as close as you can. If no one is outside at drop off, you can call us at 587-8216. Thank you!

‍Billing Reminders

Monthly billing: We be sending out monthly bills. Payments are due by the 10th of every month to avoid late fees. You are still responsible for past months’ bills. If you owe $1000.00 or more your child will no longer be allowed to attend after-care hours.

• CCCAP families please make sure you are confirming your child’s times every Tuesday and Thursday.
• Drop off & Pick Up: Please continue to use your child’s designated area next to their class. Drop-off times are 7:30-8:30
• Hours for Gingerbread are 7:30-5:30. EHS hours 7:30-3:30. You will be charged $7.00 a minute for any time your child is picked up after 5:30.
• Please check with the front office for your child’s confirmed hours & days if you are unsure what they are approved for.
